We each bring something different to the table, which is how our team got started years ago. Today we’re still at it and proud to serve our community in the Inland Northwest.
Samuel greer
Samuel has nearly two decades of local residential construction experience working on everything from purchasing to project design and management. After building his family’s first home, he knew he had found his passion which led him to Summit Construction & Development.
Raised in a military family where he learned integrity, hard work and a commitment to excellence, Samuel uses these skills and his experience in each and every project.
brian walters
Brian brings over a decade of Inland Northwest real estate experience as a broker and developer. After helping many families build their dream homes and experiencing first hand the challenges many of them faced during the construction process, he knew he wanted to play a key role in helping families overcome the challenging construction process.
Brian’s experience in real estate combined with his interest in the home building process led him to start Summit Construction & Development in order to help many more local families build their dream homes.
